The pricing shown above is based on the estimated amount of labor required for a reasonably maintained property within the standard scope of our Post-Construction Cleaning service.
If additional cleaning time is needed due to the property’s condition, excessive construction dust or debris, or services requested beyond the standard scope, additional labor will be billed at the hourly rate listed for your selected cleaning package and prorated to the actual time used.
To maintain quality workmanship and ensure consistent service, cleaning appointments are generally limited to a maximum of three (3) additional labor hours. If additional work is still required after that point, we may recommend scheduling a follow-up cleaning appointment to complete the remaining work.
If additional labor is needed, we’ll always communicate with you before performing any work beyond the original estimate.

Pet Notice
If your home has pets, please let us know before your appointment. Additional time may be required depending on pet hair, odors, accidents, or the overall condition of the property.
While our cleaning process can significantly improve cleanliness and reduce pet-related buildup, embedded pet hair, permanent staining, and lingering odors cannot always be completely removed.

SURFACE CARE & SPECIALTY DETAILING:
- Paint drips and splatters will be gently removed only when it can be done without scratching or dulling new finishes.
- Any cured paint, grout haze, caulking smudges, or residue that appears permanent will be flagged before we proceed.
- Drywall dust and fine debris are captured using sealed HEPA-filter vacuums.
- Surfaces are cleaned using mild dish soap, glass cleaner, and pH-neutral floor cleaners to protect floors, counters, and newly installed finishes.
- Adhesive, tape, and sticker residue will be reduced or removed when safe, non-damaging products can be used. If stronger solvents are needed, we’ll recommend that you consult your contractor first.
Please note: Some paint drops, adhesives, or mineral deposits may be permanently bonded to porous materials. Attempting to remove them with harsher methods can lead to damage. If a safe, approved method cannot resolve the issue, we will mark the area and suggest speaking with your contractor about possible refinishing or replacement.
Additional Information
Our Post-Construction Cleaning service is designed to remove construction dust, dirt, debris, and residue left behind after building or remodeling projects.
If active construction is still in progress, additional dust and debris may continue to accumulate after cleaning has been completed. For the best results, we recommend scheduling your cleaning after all construction work has been completed and before the property is occupied or turned over to the client.
If additional labor is needed due to the condition of existing areas that were not remodeled, we’ll always discuss it with you before performing any work beyond the original estimate.
Preparing Your Property for Your Post-Construction Cleaning
To ensure we can provide the highest quality cleaning and complete your service efficiently, the construction or renovation work should be complete, and the property should be safe, accessible, and ready for cleaning before our team arrives.
Please complete the following before your scheduled appointment:
✔ Ensure all construction, remodeling, painting, flooring, and installation work has been completed.
✔ Remove all tools, equipment, construction materials, and debris that are not part of the final cleaning scope.
✔ Ensure all contractors, subcontractors, and trades have completed their work and vacated the property before our arrival.
✔ Electricity must be active and available throughout the entire cleaning appointment.
✔ Running hot and cold water must be available for the duration of the service.
✔ HVAC systems should be operational whenever possible to help reduce airborne construction dust during the cleaning process.
✔ Provide safe, unobstructed access to all rooms and areas included in your cleaning.
✔ If appliances, cabinets, fixtures, or other finishes are newly installed, please ensure they are fully secured and ready for cleaning.
✔ Secure pets and ensure they are not inside the property during the cleaning appointment.
