If a home is not completely empty and ready to be cleaned when we arrive, this will result in extra fees. Please make sure the following tasks are done before we arrive:
- Clear out all bedrooms (including closets, cabinets, and drawers)
- Clear out all refrigerators and freezers
- All furniture has been moved out
- Everyone (movers, tenants, etc) has exited the property
Bedrooms and Living Areas:
- Accessible surfaces wiped and dusted
- Walls dusted with swiffer dry microfiber pads
- Reachable ceilings dusted with Swiffer dry microfiber pads.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Closet exteriors and interiors cleaned
- Removal or reduction of paint drops, caulking, and spackle
- Baseboards dusted and/or wiped
- Doorknobs, doorframes, and doors cleaned and sanitized
- Light switches cleaned and sanitized
- Accessible light fixtures dusted
- Balconies swept
- Windowsills and window tracks cleaned
- Dust blinds or shutters with a swiffer/duster
Bathrooms
- Clean sinks
- Bathtub, shower walls, and glass doors cleaned and sanitized
- Toilet cleaned and sanitized, both inside and outside
- Clean mirrors
- Cabinet fronts and interiors cleaned
- Countertops and shelves wiped
- Windowsills and window tracks cleaned
