KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:

  • Remove grease/grime from the range hood, range top, front, and doors
  • Full microwave cleaning
  • Wipe the interior and exteriors of cabinets and drawers
  • Clean, wash, and rinse all countertops and sinks including under sink
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wipe all switches, outlets, and dimmers

Please note that some odors may become ingrained in cabinets and may require multiple cleaning sessions. Watermarks and rings cannot be removed from countertops. Our staff will identify any burnt grease on stove and over, grout stains, mineral buildup, rust, and discoloration on appliances, sinks, countertops, and cabinets.

BATHROOM:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Remove soap scum and stains from the tub
  • Clean shower floors/tub
  • Clean, wash, disinfect, and rinse the sink including areas around and under the sink
  • Clean the medicine cabinet inside and out including the cabinet door and mirror
  • Disinfect, scrub, and remove stains from the toilet inside and out
  • Clean exterior fan vent covers
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wipe all switches, outlets, and dimmers
  • Wipe both sides of the doors

Hard water marks, calcium buildup, and mineral buildup on fixtures, shower doors, showers, tubs, counters, and shower walls may require multiple cleaning attempts. We’ll identify stained grout and suggest replacing any caulking or silicone with underlying mold. Discoloring or finish deterioration on tubs and shower floors will still look stained or dirty despite cleaning efforts. Persistent stains on tubs and floors will need several cleaning sessions to significantly reduce or completely remove them.

BEDROOMS/HALLWAYS/LIVING ROOM:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust fans
  • Dust blinds or shutters with a swiffer/duster
  • Wipe and disinfect handrails
  • Clean all closets, shelves, cabinets, and drawers
  • Clean doors on both sides
  • Vacuum all carpets
  • Wipe all baseboards
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wipe all switches, outlets, and dimmers

NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES:

  • Hand wiping blinds, drapes or shutters, and window sills- Add-on
  • Interior/exterior windows- Add-on
  • Remove glued kitchen cabinet liners
  • Wiping walls
  • Laundry
  • Packing personal belongings, and moving valuables, electronic equipment, or heavy furniture
  • Moving furniture over 10 lbs
  • Moving appliances

If a home is not completely empty and ready to be cleaned when we arrive, this will result in extra fees. Please make sure the following tasks are done before we arrive:

  • Clear out all bedrooms (including closets, cabinets, and drawers)
  • Clear out all refrigerators and freezers
  • Ensure all furniture has been moved out
  • Make sure everyone (movers, tenants, etc.) has exited the property
