Please note that some smells may become ingrained in cabinets and require multiple cleaning sessions. Watermarks and rings cannot be removed from counters. Our staff will identify any grout water mineral damage, stains, or discoloration on appliances, sinks, counters, and cabinets.

  • Clean, wash, disinfect, and rinse the sink including areas around and under the sink
  • Clean the medicine cabinet inside and out including the cabinet door and mirror

  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wipe all switches, outlets, and dimmers
  • Wipe both sides of the doors

Hard water marks on fixtures and shower doors may need multiple cleaning sessions. We’ll point out stained grout and recommend replacing caulking or silicone with underlying mold. Discoloring or finishing coming off of tubs or shower floors will continue to appear stained or dirty, despite efforts to clean. Certain stains on tubs and floors are persistent and will require multiple cleaning sessions to either reduce them significantly or remove them completely.

If a home is not completely empty and ready to be cleaned when we arrive, this will result in extra fees. Please make sure the following tasks are done before we arrive:

  • Clear out all bedrooms (including closets, cabinets, and drawers)
  • Clear out all refrigerators and freezers
  • Ensure all furniture has been moved out
  • Make sure everyone (movers, tenants, etc.) has exited the property
