The Full Turnover Cleaning Checklist
Between SAP Center event weekends, corporate housing near the North San Jose campuses, and Airbnbs across the older neighborhoods, San Jose's furnished units turn over around the clock.
Our turnover crews run the full reset on a fixed checklist against your booking calendar — the same standard at the fiftieth changeover as the first.
See the complete checklist, preparation details, and service limits before you schedule.
